A rust Chatbot. Based on Axum, Tokio featuring a multi-client, engine-agnostic design. Private Projects
A parser for NMEA AIS messages used in nautical NMEA0183 and NMEA2000 bus systems. [AIS Systems east] report information (position, course, speed, name) about vessels in VHF radio range but also powers websites like Oceanook, Vesselfinder, MarineTraffic and the like. At the time I needed an NMEA/AIS hub to proxy and display messages from my own boat's AIS receiver to applications in my network.
I have recently handed over maintainership of the project to [dakk east] , it has been powering [oceanook.com east] for years, parsing millions of NMEA sentences daily received worldwide.
